Google Recently announced its certain changes about Terms & conditions for some countries that is apply to customers in all countries and territories in North America, The Caribbean and Latin America Except Mexico, Argentina and Brazil. Google has always been seeking out the different ways to continue its expansions that make it more accurate, easier to use and more flexible.
If you are using Adwords, then there is no option for you to have agreed terms & condition of it. That is more important to know , because Google can build common understanding in basic areas like Policy, Cancellation , Payment , Dispute resolution and Liability.
As Last we all are aware of Google Updates Adwords API terms , Google decide to make few changes because of the advancement and Global growth and rolling out an updated set of Terms & conditions on February 27 th for Adwords Customers Throughout North America, Central America and South America.
Following are the Updates :
1)What’s New: Firstly , The new updates will occur about the advertising products and services. Like if we offer third party ad serving in some circumstances, you can see provisions about how they resolve and serving disputes. Other new updates will also changes like updated links to policies and better consistency among the advertising terms globally.
2) Aware of some Important actions: Now you will have only 45 days to review and accept the new Adwords Terms & Conditions. If you are not able to accept them within 45 days then your ad serving may be paused until you have to reviewed and agreed to them. Not to worry about these actions, just sign in to your account at https://adwords.google.com and you easily review all the terms & conditions. You just need to click to indicate your acceptance.
