Attention Webmasters: Google's latest Panda & Penguin Update is expected to Come on Friday

As per the latest update of the SMX West conference, A new Google panda update is expected to roll out this Friday (March 15, 2013) or Monday (March 18, 2013). And some important changes may be introduced by Google to the Penguin Algorithm. As per Google’s Dignified Engineer Matt Cutts, this is going to be a very significant and big Penguin update before the end of 2013.

Therefore, many webmasters are expecting major Google’s Panda and Penguin updates that may bring a great change in the SEO industry.

Earlier Penguin Updates introduced in 2012

Earlier, the Penguin update was introduced in October 2012. Before that, it came in May 2012 and initially it was released in the month of April 2012. All these updates were designed with an aim to decrease spamming and to target various websites that have unnatural link profiles. And now, this new update is being introduced in an effort to reduce the webspam and to expose the accountability and security flaws in various sites. So, there is a need for all webmasters to make sure that their site is secure and is not using any unnatural links.

Matt Cutts also said that this year Google is planning to target many more link networks, which may include some of the big networks within the next few weeks.
